Intelligent Office

Intelligent Office (IO) provides temporary and virtual office space for mobile executives and small businesses. This growing franchise now offers flexible workspaces and professional services to members in 60+ locations across the United States and Canada. As a key player in the development of the franchise’s main website, location microsites and other projects, it’s our job to make sure IO’s technology supports their overall business vision and goals.

Project Goal

The IO-Codepoet relationship began in 2009, right around the time search engine optimization (SEO) was becoming a crucial component of a company’s online success. IO realized their website needed to keep up with the ever-growing demands of SEO, and that’s when we first stepped in to help.

Our Process

Throughout this 10+ year working relationship, IO has come to trust Codepoet extensively. We’ve supported this valued client partner on a diverse collection of projects and have implemented a number of technology solutions:

  • .Net website development
  • Microsite development and maintenance
  • Website hosting
  • An email spam gateway for all franchisees
  • Backend programming
  • Backend data management
  • An iOS application for members
  • Blog writing and content creation

Results

When we first began working together, IO needed a development firm that could effectively implement the vision of their SEO agency. We collaborated with the agency to deliver a responsive, user-friendly website that looks great and functions perfectly on any screen. Since the Codepoet team has experts who understand the mechanics of how a business can increase its visibility online, the main website and location microsites are all deliberately designed to rank well in Google and other search engines.

Because IO is a franchise business, they also needed tools franchisees could use to manage their own local websites. To meet this goal, we built (and still maintain) more than 60 individual microsites. Each microsite fits within the website’s existing .Net framework while serving the needs of each unique location.
